EMILY TRUTE
CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Emily joined Aesthetics MD in 2021 and has quickly become an invaluable member of our team. Recently married, Emily balances her personal and professional life with enthusiasm and dedication.

As our Clinical Coordinator, Emily expertly prepares patients for surgery, answers their questions, and ensures a seamless experience. Currently completing her nursing degree, which she will earn in 2025, Emily has already demonstrated exceptional knowledge and dedication. Dr. Anton trusts her medical expertise and sound clinical judgment, recognizing her as a bright star in the aesthetics world. 

Outside of work, Emily loves spending time with friends, enjoying dinners out, and creating memorable social experiences. An avid cook, she makes a mean sourdough starter, but anything Emily starts she finishes with gusto. 

After becoming an RN, Emily aspires to continue her Aesthetics MD career as one of our aesthetic nurses.

LAUREN MESTAKIDES
PATIENT COORDINATOR

Lauren Mestakides joined our team in August 2022 as a Patient Concierge, and her exceptional people skills and natural ability to connect with patients quickly set her apart. Thanks to her dedication and rapport with patients, she was soon promoted to Patient Coordinator.

In this role, Lauren is a trusted guide for patients on their surgical journey, managing everything from scheduling consultations to coordinating surgery dates and addressing post-operative questions. She serves as a patient advocate and a vital link to Dr. Anton, ensuring each individual feels supported and informed.

Lauren’s organizational talents and compassionate approach make her an essential part of our team. Outside of work, Lauren loves weight training and cooking. Much of her free time is dedicated to her studies as she is a full-time student, completing her business degree.

LAUREN SHAVER
PATIENT CONCIERGE

Lauren joined Aesthetics MD in 2021, right after graduating high school, and has since become an invaluable part of our team. Starting with limited knowledge of aesthetics and little experience working with the public, Lauren has grown tremendously. She now expertly manages the front desk and is our go-to problem solver—tackling IT issues, handling technical challenges, and finding solutions to any unexpected obstacles with ease. 

Her innovation and adaptability make her a vital asset to our practice. We’ve had the pleasure of watching Lauren blossom from a naturally shy individual into a confident, warm, and outgoing presence, earning her the affectionate nickname “our swan.” Lauren’s growth and dedication have made her a truly essential part of the Aesthetics MD team. 

Outside of work, Lauren is a homebody who loves snuggling with her dog, experimenting in the kitchen, and diving into her studies. Her growth and dedication have made her a truly essential part of the Aesthetics MD team.

DARLA PHILLIPS
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Darla Phillips, our talented and compassionate medical aesthetician, joined Aesthetics MD in 2021 and has since developed her own loyal fan club. Not only does Darla have an exceptional ability to make your skin glow, but she also makes you feel radiant from within after each appointment. Her warmth, kindness, and expert skill in skincare have transformed our skincare department, bringing a new level of knowledge and energy to our practice.

Darla’s expertise in assessing individual skin needs and selecting the perfect treatments is unmatched, and her patients adore her. She is as dedicated to her clients’ inner well-being as she is to their skincare, making every session a rejuvenating experience in every sense. 

Outside of her work, Darla enjoys an active life, from paddleboarding and walking the beach to biking and staying engaged with her community. Her strong faith is at the heart of her family life, which she cherishes deeply, surrounding herself with her three sons, their wives, children, and loved ones. Darla’s passion for her work and her community makes her an invaluable part of Aesthetics MD.

TAMMY HUNTLEY
AESTHETIC NURSE

Our beloved aesthetic nurse, Tammy, is the heart and soul of our skincare program at Aesthetics MD. With an incredible 32 years working alongside Dr. Anton, Tammy brings unparalleled experience, warmth, and dedication to our practice. She began her journey with Dr. Anton at a surgery center and soon joined his team as his clinical nurse. About 10 years ago, Tammy transitioned into her role as his aesthetic nurse, where she has become a trusted expert in facial balancing and rejuvenation.

Patients adore Tammy for her gentle approach, radiant energy, and remarkable skill. She has a natural talent for creating balanced, harmonious results without ever pushing unnecessary treatments—her recommendations are always thoughtful and trustworthy. Her compassionate care and bright personality make every appointment a truly uplifting experience.

Outside of work, Tammy loves spending time with her husband and their wild child – a Great Dane named Zoe. They enjoy boating to Catalina Island, sharing their “home away from home” on their catamaran with friends and family. Tammy is a devoted mother to her two children and two stepdaughters, and her joy for life shines through in everything she does.

Tammy’s expertise, kindness, and commitment make her an invaluable asset to Aesthetics MD and a true patient favorite.

TRACY PANZARELLA
PRACTICE COORDINATOR

Tracy, our accomplished Practice Coordinator, has been an integral part of Aesthetics MD for the past 14 years. With her expertise and dedication, Tracy manages the entire practice, overseeing the surgery, skincare, and OR departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

Tracy’s skill set extends beyond practice management—she is also a certified nutritionist, life coach, and board-certified health practitioner specializing in anti-aging medicine. Recently, she furthered her knowledge with certification in peptide therapy, bringing cutting-edge wellness solutions to our patients.

Before transitioning to medicine, Tracy enjoyed a successful career in journalism, spanning print, television, and radio. Her unique background has given her a well-rounded perspective that enriches her role in our practice.

Now in her sixth decade, Tracy’s life is centered around her family, including her children and grandchildren, and her passion for beach volleyball—a sport she discovered later in life but pursues with enthusiasm. She is also an avid fitness enthusiast who loves working out, and walking her dogs, which often come to work with her.

In addition to her professional and personal pursuits, Tracy is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the board of Common Ground and contributes to the Common Ground podcast, advocating for wellness and connection.
