37 year old woman, 5’1”, 130 lbs, nose job, rhinoplasty, high septum loss, Orange County, CA
This patient wanted a rhinoplasty because it felt like her nose was always draining to the back of her throat and because she wanted it to look straighter. The crookedness on her nose was caused by her complete lack of a septum. For this procedure she had a closed rhinoplasty with rasping of boney dorsum, removal cephalic portion of lower lateral cartilages, and a dermal fat graft with underlying horizontally placed crushed lateral crura. This photo was taken 1 month after her surgery. Her appearance and breathing improved after this procedure.
