This patient previously had an umbilical hernia repair with mesh but the mesh had created a large bulge in her abdomen. For this procedure she had a full abdominoplasty, the mesh was removed, her hernia was repaired, and she had liposuction to her abdomen and waist. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
