Breast lifts are surgical procedures performed to address the shape of the breast. This is especially true when a patient presents with sagging breasts, a condition known as ptosis. Many kinds of breast lifts address shape, some involve the breast tissue and others involve the nipple-areolar complex. SIGNATURE
SUPER BREAST LIFT
The Super Breast Lift is one of Dr. Anton’s Signature Procedures and is performed under general anesthesia in an outpatient facility to lift sagging breast tissues caused by aging, large breasts, pregnancy, hormones, fluctuations in weight, and genetics. A Super Breast Lift involves lifting and tightening the internal tissues beneath the skin and then removing and tightening the external tissues.
The key difference between the Super Breast Lift and other breast lifts is the triple dermal tightening technique and the “internal dermal bra” Dr. Anton creates for a breast shape that holds longer and tighter over time. The other advantage of the Super Breast Lift is no post-operative drains are needed. A Super Breast Lift can be added to a primary Breast Augmentation, Breast Reduction, Breast Revision, or Breast Implant Removal surgery.

CRESCENT LIFT
A Crescent Lift or C-lift is in a category known as a Nipple-Areolar Lift and is performed on patients who have uneven or low-set nipples. It can be combined with breast augmentation, implant exchange, or nipple reduction surgery. A C-lift is considered a superficial lift because it only raises the nipple-areolar (N-A) complex about 1cm-1.5c. It does not lift or tighten the breast tissue. A C-lift can be done unilaterally (one breast) to improve the symmetry of the nipples if one is lower than the other or bilaterally (both nipples).

CIRCUMAREOLAR
Known as a Donut Lift, this surgical procedure raises the nipple-areolar complex. A Circumareolar Lift is another type of nipple-areolar lift that addresses lifting the N-A complex from 1.5-2.5cm. Candidates for this procedure present with one or both nipples that sit lower than desired but have a tight lower breast curve and do not need the underlying tissues of the breast lifted or tightened. A Circumareolar lift can be performed with a primary breast augmentation or a breast revision surgery.

modified super breast lift
Modified Super Breast Lift is one of Dr. Anton’s Signature Procedures performed to create a more youthful, perky breast. Like the Super Breast Lift, triple dermal tightening is included. The key difference is that the Modified Super Breast Lift does not involve tightening the lower breast curve dermis because candidates for this lift only have minimal to moderate amounts of skin laxity in the lower breast curve. Benefits include better breast shape that holds over time and no post-op drains.
