53 Year Old Woman, 154 Lbs, 5’7”, Tummy Tuck, Significant Weight Loss, Riverside County, Ca

This patient wanted a tummy tuck to help remove her excess skin. She had lost about 80 pounds and kept it off for five years, despite all of her hard work diet and exercise would not get rid of her extra skin. She had a full abdominoplasty with single musculofascial plication. Her muscle wall was fairly tight so only a midline muscle plication was needed. This patient was thrilled that she could now see the results of all of her athletic training, she can now see her abs. These photos were taken 7 months after her surgery.
