40 year old woman, 5’8”, 150 lbs., modified abdominoplasty, modified tummy tuck, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted a flatter stomach after having children. She was not a candidate for a full tummy tuck because of the position of her belly button and smaller amount of excess skin. She had a modified abdominoplasty with single plication, her umbilical stalk was moved down minimally and she had a smaller incision than the traditional tummy tuck. She also had liposuction to her abdomen and waist, 900 ccs total were removed. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
