36 year old woman, 5’7″, 172 lbs., modified tummy tuck, Newport Beach, CA

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she could not get rid of her pooch despite working out and dieting. She did not have enough excess skin for a classic tummy tuck so Dr. Anton came up with a modified plan of using a lower and shorter incision and moving her her belly button down to tighten her upper abdomen. Dr. Anton also did liposuction to her abdomen and repaired her umbilical hernia. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
