This patient exercised and ate well but was never able to get rid of her thicker thighs. For this procedure she had liposuction to her flanks, buttocks, circumferential thighs, and knees; 4 lbs of fat were removed from her lower body. She was thrilled with her improved shape and smaller circumference. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
