This patient underwent a breast reduction and tummy tuck after giving birth and breastfeeding her children. She had a letter of medical necessity for her breast reduction due to neck and back pain. She had a bilateral breast reduction, 465 grams were removed from her right breast, 588 grams were removed from her left breast for a total of 1053 grams. She also had a full abdominoplasty with triple plication with liposuction; 3580 grams were removed from her abdomen. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
