43 year old woman, 5’6” 150 lbs., 36 B cup to C cup, breast augmentation with lift, tummy tuck, Orange County, Ca

This patient was unhappy with her body after having children and losing weight. She felt that her breasts looked deflated and saggy and she could not get rid of the pouch in her stomach no matter how much she exercised or dieted. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate plus profile smooth round silicone gel implants (300 cc on the right, 250 cc on the left) with a full mastopexy (breast lift). For her abdomen she had a full abdominoplasty with triple plication and umbilical hernia repair. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
