46 year old woman, 5’4″, 128 lbs, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, Allergan Natrelle Smooth Inspiria moderate profile implants, Newport Beach, CA

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she was unhappy with her body after having children. Dr. Anton recommended a Mommy Makeover to address her deflated breasts and loose abdomen. She wore a 34 B cup and hoped to be a full D cup after surgery, she wanted her breasts to look full and a little fake on top.

Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Allergan SRM 520 cc; implants which were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions. Dr. Anton also did a full abdominoplasty which included a triple plication to her muscle wall, liposuction, and removal of her excess skin. These photos were taken three months after her surgery.
