This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she was unhappy with her sagging skin after losing weight. She wore a 32 B cup and wanted to be a full C cup after surgery. It was very important to her to have natural looking breasts that did not get in the way while exercising. Dr. Anton recommended a Mommy Makeover to address her deflated breasts and loose abdomen.

Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with 350 cc implants placed under the muscle with a full lift. Dr. Anton also did a full abdominoplasty which included a triple plication to her muscle wall, liposuction and removal of her excess skin. These photos were taken 10 months after her surgery, she was thrilled with how easily she was able to hide her scar and that most of her stretch marks were gone.
