This patient was at her ideal weight after giving birth to her children but was unhappy with the pooch in her stomach and her deflated breasts. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 350 cc implants placed under the muscle. She also had a simultaneous crescent lift or breast lift to minimally raise her nipples. She also had a modified abdominoplasty with musculofascial plication. Because she did not have a significant amount of skin to be removed, she was able to have a smaller and lower incision than traditional tummy tucks. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
