This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she was unhappy with her body after having kids. She was very active and in great shape but her breasts had deflated and had loose skin on her stomach. She wore a 32 B cup bra and wanted to have natural looking breasts that filled out a 32 C cup bra.

Dr. Anton did a full abdominoplasty and an umbilical hernia repair. He was able to use a smaller and lower incision by moving her umbilical stalk down. Dr. Anton also did a breast augmentation with Mentor implants (300 cc on the right, 325 cc on the left) placed under the muscle.

These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery, her scar is easily hidden and her muscles are now more visible.
