This patient was unhappy with her body after having twins. She previously had a modified tummy tuck but did not see much of an improvement. She also wanted fuller breasts, she was a candidate for a lift but perkiness was not a priority for her. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 325 cc implant placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast folds. For her abdomen she had a secondary modified tummy tuck with triple plication; her previous keloid scar was removed, her umbilical hernia was repaired, and she had liposuction to her waist and flanks. Her umbilical stalk was moved down minimally in order to have a smaller incision. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
