THE PATIENT

26 year old woman, 5’7”, 133 lbs., mother, breast augmentation with lift, tummy tuck, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted to improve her body after having children. She had previously had an umbilical hernia repair with mesh but the mesh had created a large bulge in her abdomen. She wanted to fill out her deflated breasts and to be a 34 D cup. She wanted her breasts to look natural but to also have improved cleavage and more volume on top. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor Memory Gel Smooth Round Moderate plus Profile silicone gel 400 cc implants placed under the muscle with a full breast lift. For her abdomen she had a full abdominoplasty, the mesh was removed, her hernia was repaired, and she had liposuction to her abdomen and waist. These photos were taken 2 years after her surgery.
