THE PATIENT
44 year old woman, 5’7”, 150 lbs, breast augmentation with lift, tummy tuck, Orange County, CA
This patient wanted to improve her body after having children; she wanted her stomach to be flatter and her breasts to not look so deflated. She started as a 34 B cup and wanted to be a 34 C cup, she wanted her breasts to have a natural slope with improved cleavage and to extend to the side a little.
She came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach; he determined that she was a candidate for a Mommy Makeover. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile 275 cc silicone gel implant placed under the muscle with a full breast lift. Dr. Anton also did a full abdominoplasty with triple plication and liposuction to the abdomen, waist, and flanks; removing a total of 3 lbs. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
