THE PATIENT

54 year old woman, 5’4″, 119 lbs., tummy tuck, umbilical hernia repair, breast augmentation, Mentor Memory Gel, moderate plus profile, smooth implants, silicone gel, Newport Beach, CA

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she was unhappy with her body after having children; she was in great shape but could not get her stomach any tighter on her own. Dr. Anton recommended a Mommy Makeover to address her deflated breasts and loose abdomen. She wore a 34 C cup before having kids but had deflated to a 34 B cup; she wanted to fill out a D cup after surgery. Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with 325 cc implants which were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions. Dr. Anton also did a full abdominoplasty which included a triple plication to her muscle wall, umbilical hernia repair, and removal of her excess skin. These photos were taken three months after her surgery.
