34 year old woman, 5’3″, 115 lbs., breast augmentation, breast lift, Newport Beach, CA

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breasts had grown very quickly as a teenager and stretched out with time. She started with a 32 C cup and did not want her breasts to be much bigger, just perkier. Dr. Anton felt that if she had wanted her breasts to be bigger she would not need a lift, she could just fill out the loose skin with more volume but since she did not want to be bigger a lift would be needed to tailor the skin. Dr. Anton and the patient agreed on doing a full breast lift with a small breast implant (250 cc) to give her more volume in her upper breast pole. These photos were taken 6 months after surgery, her scars should continue to fade with time.
