This patient wanted to improve her breasts after breastfeeding her children. She started as a 34 B cup and felt that her breasts were “saggy and empty” she wanted them filled out and to have sporty, perky, small breasts. She originally did not want a breast lift because she was afraid of the scares but later decided the results would be worth it. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 225 cc implants placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions and simultaneous V-T mastopexy lift. This photo was taken 4 years after her surgery. After four years she barely notices her scars and is happy with how perky her breasts have stayed.
