This patient wanted to improve her breasts after breastfeeding her children and losing weight. She started as a 32 C cup but after breastfeeding and losing weight her breasts had lost volume. She wanted a small 32 D cup and for her breasts to have a natural slope. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 400 cc implants placed under the muscle and a full mastopexy breast lift. This photo was taken one month after her surgery, the scars should continue to improve with time.
