This patient wanted to fill out her deflated breasts after breastfeeding her children. Before surgery she wore a 36 B cup bra and wanted to be a small D cup. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus silicone gel smooth round 400 cc implant placed under the muscle with a simultaneous full mastopexy breast lift. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
