This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she wanted to improve her breasts after breastfeeding. She started as a 34 C cup and wanted to fill out a 34 DD cup; she wanted her breasts to have a natural slope but also be perkier. Dr. Anton recommended a breast lift with implants to add more volume and make her breast higher. Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Mentor MP+ smooth silicone gel implants (250 cc on the right, 375 cc on the left) placed under the muscle. He also did a full mastopexy lift to tighten her breasts and make her nipples perkier. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
