This patient wanted fuller and more symmetric breasts after having children. She started as a 32 A cup and wanted to be a full C cup and for her left breast to be perkier. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round silicone gel 400 cc implants placed under the muscle with a crescent breast lift on her left breast to improve the symmetry of her nipples. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
