This patient came to Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach for a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children; she started as a 32 A cup and wanted to be a C cup after surgery. Her right nipple was lower than her left so Dr. Anton determined that a c pexy or crescent mastopexy breast lift would be needed on the right to make her breasts look symmetric after surgery. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth wall Mentor moderate profile plus silicone gel 375 cc implants placed under the muscle through incisions along her lower areolar edge. He also did a crescent lift on her right breast to move her nipple areolar complex up minimally. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
