This patient came to Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breasts had started sagging after losing weight. She started with a 34 B cup and wanted to be a natural looking D cup after surgery. Dr. Anton recommended a breast lift with implants to give her more volume and perkier breasts. Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Mentor MP+ smooth silicone gel 425 cc implants placed under the muscle. He also did a full mastopexy breast lift to make her breasts tighter and nipples higher. These photos were taken almost a year after her surgery, her scars should continue to fade with time.
