This patient was unhappy with her breasts after having children; she wanted her breasts to be perkier and fuller. She started as a 34 B cup and wanted to be a full 34 C cup after surgery. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that this patient was a candidate for a breast augmentation with a full breast lift. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with round smooth-walled Mentor silicone gel filled moderate profile plus implants (300 cc on the right breast and 325 cc on the left breast.) He put the implants under the muscle and did a simultaneous full mastopexy lift. These photos were taken 9 months after her surgery, her scars should continue to lighten with time.
