This patient wanted fuller, perkier, and more symmetric breasts after breastfeeding her child. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she would benefit most from a breast augmentation and also a full breast lift on her left breast in order for her breast to be symmetric after surgery. She started as a 34 B cup and wanted to be a full C cup after surgery and for her breasts to have a natural shape. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus silicone gel implants (450 cc on the right, 375 cc on the left) placed under the muscle. He also did liposuction to her axillary folds and a full mastopexy lift on her left breast to give her breasts the optimal shape. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
