This patient wanted perkier breasts after breastfeeding her children; she wanted to keep her 38 DD cup size but for her breasts to have more volume on top. She came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach who determined that she needed a breast lift with implants in order to accomplish her desired outcome. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus 325 cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle with a full mastopexy lift. He also removed 100 grams of tissue from each breast and did liposuction to her lateral chest to optimize the shape of her breasts. These photos were taken a year and a half after her surgery.
