This patient wanted to have fuller breasts after breastfeeding her children and losing weight; she wanted to wear a full 36 C cup and for her breasts to look natural with a little more volume on top. She was undecided if she wanted a breast lift or not but after reviewing her desires with Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach they decided that a breast lift with implants was the best decision. Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus silicone gel implants (400 cc on the right, 425 cc on the left) with a full mastopexy lift. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
