39 year old woman, 5’7”, 145 lbs, breast augmentation with lift, Orange County, Ca

This patient was unhappy with her breasts after having children, she used to wear a 36 C cup but her breasts had deflated significantly. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she was a candidate for a breast augmentation with lift. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus (right 250 cc, left 225 cc) smooth round silicone gel implants placed under the muscle. He also did a simultaneous T mastopexy breast lift and removed 60 grams from her left breast to improve her shape and symmetry. These photos were taken a year and a half after her surgery.
