34 year old woman, 5’7”, 120 lbs, breastfed kids, breast augmentation, Orange County, CA

This patient wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children. She started as 32 A cup and wanted to be a small 32 C cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 350 cc implants placed under the muscle through infra areolar incisions. She also had a bilateral nipple reduction and shaved five benign appearing anterior chest lesions. These photos were taken 9 months after her surgery.
