This patient wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children. She originally was a 34 A cup, then became a 34 DD cup while breastfeeding, and now she wants to be a full 34 B cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 375 cc saline implants placed under the muscle. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
