This patient wanted a breast augmentation at the age of 28 to have fuller and more symmetric breasts. She wanted her breasts to look natural and did not want full cleavage. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 475 cc moderate plus profile smooth silicone gel implants. These implants were placed under the muscle through inferior areolar incisions. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
