This patient wanted a breast augmentation at the age of 33 because she wanted her breast to be fuller and more symmetric. Her right breast was larger than her left breast and she had not breastfed children, she started as 34 A cup and wanted to be a full C cup. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implants with 300 cc on her right breast and 325 cc on her left breast. These implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
