32 year old woman, 5’5″, 135 lbs, breastfed children, 34 A cup to 34 C cup, breast augmentation, Riverside County, Ca

This patient wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children to fill out her deflated breasts. She wore a loose 34 A cup bra and wanted to be a full C cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 350 cc, smooth, round, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast folds (inframammary folds) and she had a small crescent lift or crescent mastopexy on both of her breasts to lift her nipple areola complex up about 1 cm. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
