This patient started as a 32 A cup and wanted to be a small C cup, she wanted her breasts to look natural but to have fuller volume on top. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate plus profile, round, smooth, gel implants, 325 cc on her right breast and 300 cc on her left breast. The implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
