This patient started as a 32 A cup and wanted be a full B cup. She wanted to look natural and proportional to the rest of her body. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 250 cc, moderate plus profile, rounds, smooth, silicone gel implants with liposuction to the anterior axillae. The implants were placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast folds (inframammary folds). These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
