22 year old woman, 5’4″, 125 lbs, 32 B cup to full C, breast augmentation, Orange County, Ca

This patient started as a 32 B cup and wanted to be a full C cup, she wanted her breasts to look natural but to have more fullness on top. she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate plus profile, smooth, round, silicone gel implants with 250 cc on the right and 275 cc on the left. Her right breast started with more volume than her left so needed two different sized implants to compensate for the asymmetry. The implants were placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast folds (inframammary folds). These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
