30 year old woman, 5’4”, 110 lbs, breast augmentation, 32 B cup to 34 D cup, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted to improve her breasts since they had deflated after having children. She started as a 32 B cup and wanted to be a 32 D cup; she wanted her breasts to have some fullness on top but to not look fake or round. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she was a candidate for a breast augmentation but would also need a c-pexy or crescent breast lift to improve the position of her nipples. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel 475 cc implants placed under the muscle with a simultaneous crescent mastopexy. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
