43 year old woman, 5’7”, 145 lbs, breast augmentation, 34 B cup to full C cup, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted to improve her breasts after having children; she felt that her breasts now looked deflated and asymmetric. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she was a candidate for a breast augmentation but would also need a breast lift or c pexy on her left breast to move her nipple up and make her breasts look more symmetric. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round silicone gel Mentor moderate profile plus implants (400 cc on the right, 350 cc on the left).The implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
