This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach for fuller breasts after breastfeeding her children. She started as a 36 C cup and wanted to wear a full 36 C cup. She wanted her breasts to look natural, her cleavage to look improved, and to have side boob. Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (400 cc on the right, 375 cc on the left.) The implants were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions that are hidden under her breasts. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
