This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she wanted a natural looking breast augmentation. She wore a 36 C cup and wanted to have a full 36 D cup, she wanted her breasts to look natural but to have more fullness on top. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus silicone gel smooth round implants (400 cc on the right, 350 cc on the left.) The implants were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions which are hidden under her breasts. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
