This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breasts had deflated after breastfeeding her children. She started with a 34 B cup and wanted to wear a D cup after surgery; she wanted her breast to look fuller but natural, to have a natural slope, and for her cleavage to be closer but not touching. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 600 cc implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through inframammary fold incisions which are hidden under her breast folds. He also did a crescent breast lift on her left areola to make the nipples more symmetric. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
