28 year old woman, 5’6”, 110 lbs., breast augmentation, 32 A cup to 32 B cup, San Diego, Ca

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she wanted her breasts to be a little larger but natural looking. She started with a 32 A cup and wanted a moderate B cup; she wanted her breasts to have a natural slope and to have a little side boob. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (225 cc on the right, 250 cc on the left) placed under the muscle through IMF incisions which are hidden under her breast folds. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
