This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she wanted larger natural looking breasts; she started as a 36 B cup and wanted to be a small D cup. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round silicone gel moderate profile plus 275 cc implants placed under the muscle through IMF incisions which are hidden under her breast folds. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
