39 year old woman, 5’5”, 122 lbs, breastfed children, breast augmentation, Orange County, CA

This patient wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her children. She started with a 34 A cup and wanted to be a 34 C cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth wall saline implants (390 cc on right breast, 430 cc on left breast) placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
