30 year old woman, 5’6″, 130 lbs, 34 B cup to small D cup, breast augmentation, Los Angeles, Ca

This patient started as a 34 B cup and wanted to be a small D cup, she wanted her breasts to look natural and youthful. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with 390 cc smooth, round, saline filled implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through incisions under her breast fold (inframammary fold.) These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
