This 23 year old patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton, a Newport Beach breast surgeon for a natural breast augmentation. She was 5’2″ and weighed 110 lbs.; she wore a 32 B cup and wanted a to be a small 32 D cup. Dr. Anton did an under the muscle breast augmentation with Mentor silicone gel implants (425 cc on the right, 450 cc on the left) through IMF incisions.
