This 53 year old woman came to see Dr. Mark Anton, a Newport Beach breast surgeon for a natural breast augmentation. She was 5’7″ and weighed 155 lbs.; she started with a 36 B cup and wanted to be a 36 D cup. Dr. Anton did an under the muscle breast augmentation with Mentor MP+ smooth silicone gel 400 cc implants through IMF incisions. He also did a crescent lift on her right breast to make her nipples more symmetric and liposuction to her armpit bulges to improve her breast contours. These photos were taken 8 months after her surgery.
